Old Pepper

WARNING: This red hot, spicy cocktail is not for the faint of heart.  If you love spicy anything, I would definitely give this one a try!
I discovered this cocktail at Julep, in Houston, and was hooked at first taste.  It was sweet, spicy, and boozy all in one!  With such excitement, I thought it would be a fantastic idea to have our friends try this amazing drink at our housewarming party just a few months back.  I was so excited that I found a recipe online and tried to modify it slightly for my own twist.. only to misread one KEY ingredient.  This recipe called for 1 dash of hot sauce, not 1 OUNCE.. oops!  Needless to say it probably wasn’t the best cocktail they’ve ever had.  However, I guarantee you’ll like this spicy concoction if you follow the recipe below:
(I’ve even bolded the 1 dash so you don’t make the same mistake I did)

1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash chili sauce
1 dash hot sauce (Louisiana or Tabasco preferred)
1 dash Worcestershire
